Kobar, Faktaperistiwanews.co.id – Satintelkam Polres Kotawaringin Barat (Kobar) jajaran Polda Kalteng berjemur dan melaksanakan peregangan dalam menjaga Imunitas Tubuh di Masa Pandemi, tampak Selasa pagi di halaman Mapolres Kobar (16/11/2021) pagi.

Kapolres Kotawaringin Barat AKBP Devy Firmansyah, S.I.K., melalui KBO Satintelkam Polres Kotawaringin Barat IPTU Ridwan HC menerangkan bahwa cara sederhana menjaga kesehatan tubuh di masa Pandemi saat ini dengan rutin berjemur dan melaksanakan peregangan untuk menjaga ini imunitas tubuh,” jelasnya.

“Kita sempatkan berjemur dan melaksanakan peregangan 15 menit, cara ini dianggap efektif dan sederhana untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19,” tutup nya.
