Kalteng,faktaperistiwanews.co.id – Polda Kalteng/Polres Kotim/Polsek Cempaga – Bhabinkamtibmas Desa Patai Aipda Susanto melaksanakan sosialisasi kegiatan saber pungli dalam setiap kunjungan kerumah warga binaannya, ia menyebutkan kegiatan tersebut rutin ia laksanakan baik di kantor pemerintahan desa maupun di rumah masyarakat.

Kapolres Kotim AKBP Abdoel Harris Jakin, S.I.K., M.Si. Melalui Kapolsek Cempaga Iptu Bambang Priyanto, S.H. menerangkan bahwa dasar pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut berdasarkan Perpres RI Nomor 87 Tahun 2016 tentang Saber Pungli. Dan Undang-Undang RI Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik.

Sebagai mana bunyinya “Setiap orang yang memberi maupun menerima pungli dinyatakan melanggar hukum”. Selain itu juga untuk mewujudkan sistem birokrasi pelayanan publik yang jujur, bersih dan transparan” pungkasnya.
