Kapolrestabes Bandung Kombes Pol H.Aswin Sipayung,S.I.K.,M.H., melalui Kapolsek Sumur Bandung Kompol Deny Rahmanto S.S.,S.I.K.menyampaikan pengaturan arus lalu lintas antisipasi kemacetan akibat padatnya aktifitas warga. diharapkan terciptanya Keamanan Keselamatan, Ketertiban dan Kelancaran lalu lintas.
